Job summary

Gigaworkz Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to handle FIREPRO, FDAS, Access Control and related auxiliary products. You will design and estimate materials and provide pre-sales engineering support to clients.

The role requires knowledge of security and surveillance systems, CCTV, and structured cabling, plus field travel and good collaboration with installation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Graduate of Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge in ELV, Electrical, Fire Alarm/FDAS systems.
• Background in security and surveillance products (CCTV, Access Control, structured cabling).
• At least 1 year of experience in related field, especially electronics troubleshooting.
• Willing to work in the field and travel.
• Driver's license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engineer for FIREPRO, FDAS, Access Control and other Auxiliary products.
• Design and estimate auxiliary products and materials.
• Provide pre-sales engineering services demonstrating a solid understanding of security and surveillance solutions to existing potential customers.
• Ability to communicate with Installation staff, providing guidance on installation procedures and troubleshooting on projects.
• Demonstrate effective communication with customers and construction site supervisors.
• Willingness to make technical/process recommendations for improving efficiency.
• And other tasks as given by the management.
