Job description

Project Execution

• Execute the works with zero (0) accident.
• Implement all works (PM or SW) provided by the Service Engineers on time and with good quality.
• Analyze the schedule made by Service Engineers and implement it on time and efficiently.
• Do the corrective works of all the punch lists raised.

Other Functions

• Act as a Service Salesman.
• Assist a sub-con (if needed) with all customized works.
• Responsible for attending meetings with end users within a certain limitation.
• Responsible for carrying out Preventive Maintenance and Small Works activities.
• Attend the in-house toolbox meeting on a weekly basis.
• Assist Service Engineers in other technical challenges on the field.
• Available for 24/7 emergency on-call services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in electrical/mechanical or related field
• Minimum of Two (2) year(s) of working experience in Fire Protection and Fire Detection and Alarm System operations and maintenance
• Exposure in installation and repair of FDAS and Fire Protection Systems is an advantage
• Exposure in installation and repair of fire protection systems is an advantage.
• Candidate must have COSH/BOSH/NCII Certificate.
• Driving skills is a big advantage
• Willing to be deployed in South Luzon Area (e.g. Batangas, Laguna, Cavite and Quezon).
