Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV, biometric, access control or security/surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of alarm systems and structured cabling is advantageous.
• Experience in project coordination or management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage System Installers or Technical Support Engineer for CCTV, access controls, fire alarms and automation for key clients.
• Lead auxiliary product installation projects.
• Coordinate with Sales/Technical team on project design, issues and concerns.
• Provide pre-sales engineering support by demonstrating security and automation solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot products like biometrics, CCTV, PABX, access control and automation systems.
• Address customer technical inquiries and concerns.
• Assist sales on technical aspects during proposals and demos.
• Handle or assist in various company projects.

Job description

Requirements:

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Added advantage if Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

• With knowledge and experience in security and surveillance products such as Biometrics, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Automation products, Wireless communication, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarms and alike.

• With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field especially in electronic configuration and trouble shooting

• Knowledgeable in creating estimates and bill of materials is an added advantage

• Experience in project management is an added advantage

• Willing to work in the field and travel

• With driver’s license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage System Installers or Technical Support Engineer in CCTV, Access controls, Fire Alarm, Automation for key clients.

• Project- in Charge for auxiliary products installation

• Coordinates with Sales/Technical team on the project design, issues and concern

• Provide pre-sales engineering services by demonstrating a solid understanding of security, automations and surveillance solutions to existing and potential customers.

• Configure and troubleshoot of defective products such as Biometrics, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Automation products, Wireless communication, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarms and alike.

• Address/support on customer’s technical inquiries and concerns.

• Assist the sales team on technical concerns during project proposals and demos.

• Handles or assist in the different projects of the company
