Job summary

Gigaworkz Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineer to manage project manpower for fire protection and related systems. You will collaborate with Sales and Technical teams on design, issues, and on-site needs.

You will provide pre-sales engineering support, demonstrating knowledge of security, automation, and surveillance solutions to customers. Travel to project sites may be required and strong troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional license in engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related field experience.
• Preferably 1–4 years in engineering — electrical or related.
• Knowledge in security and surveillance products (Biometrics, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, etc.).
• At least 1 year in electronics configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in estimating and BOM creation is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in project management is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in the field and travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage project manpower for fire protection and auxiliaries for key clients.
• Coordinate with Sales/Technical teams on project design and issues.
• Provide pre-sales engineering support for security, automation, and surveillance solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot products like biometrics, CCTV, PABX, access control, cabling, and alarms.
• Address customer technical inquiries and concerns.
• Assist sales with technical input during proposals and demos.
• Handle or assist in various company projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

• At least 1-3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

• With knowledge and experience in security and surveillance products such as Biometrics, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Automation products, Wireless communication, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarms and alike.

• With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field especially in electronic configuration and trouble shooting

• Good in Microsoft Office application (word, excel, and powerpoint)

• Knowledgeable in creating estimates and bill of materials is an added advantage

• Excellent in troubleshooting works and problem solving

• Experience in project management is an added advantage

• Willing to work in the field and travel

• With driver’s license is an added advantage.

• Address/support on customer’s technical inquiries and concerns.

• Assist the sales team on technical concerns during project proposals and demos.

• Handles or assist in the different projects of the company
