Job summary

Gigaworkz Technologies Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support FDAS, fire suppression, and related security systems. This role involves field visits, pre-sales technical support, and hands-on troubleshooting.

You will conduct FDAS training, assist the sales team on technical proposals, and work with biometric, CCTV, PABX, and access-control products. A degree in IT/EE/CE and at least 1 year of electronics troubleshooting are preferred; driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree.
Graduate of Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
With knowledge and experience in FDAS (Fire Alarm and Detection System).
Background in security and surveillance products (Biometric, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarms) is an advantage.
At least 1 year of work experience in electronics troubleshooting.
Willing to work in the field and travel.
Driver's license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Technical Support Engineer: FDAS / Fire Suppression.
Conduct Technical FDAS training.
Provide pre-sales engineering services by demonstrating FDAS and related systems to customers.
Address and support customer technical inquiries and concerns.
Troubleshooting of defective products.
Assist sales team on technical concerns during project proposals and demos.
