Job summary

TGT Global is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive partner onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption for US-based clients from our Philippines hub. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, deliver trainings, and guide automation initiatives while coordinating with Product and Success teams.

You will lead quarterly business reviews, identify risks and opportunities, manage escalations, and ensure successful transitions to ongoing success management within a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Account Management or related roles.
• Experience in MSPs, SaaS, IT automation environments.
• Experience delivering onboarding/enablement/implementation for customers.
• Experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption.
• Deliver training and adoption guidance as a trusted technical advisor.
• Provide insights and recommendations during QBRs and adoption reviews.
• Manage technical inquiries and coordinate with Product/Development/Success teams.
