Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical Skills Development
- New Hire Basic process and product training and coaching: Provide basic process and product training to newly hired Technical Support Engineers and Agents. Mentor and train newly hired technical support staff.
- Learning materials development: Create and improve training materials, exams and related learning tools, enhancing learning experience and technical competencies.
- Capability building: Develop and maintain Technical Competency and Skills Matrix to collaborate with teams and build employee capabilities.
- Documentation: Record training sessions in the learning management system and provide training reports.
- Basic cross‑skilling and up‑skilling training: Provide cross‑skilling and up‑skilling for Schneider Electric employees as part of their development and business continuity.
- Advanced Technical Support Consultation
- Propose Technical Articles, FAQs, and Video FAQs from handled cases.
- Propose and configure all functions according to customer application.
- Be available for inbound and outbound customer interaction via all agreed channels as part of the All Hands On Deck process.
- Work closely with all teams in the technical support scope through the case life cycle until resolved, communicate effectively, collect necessary information, and Escalate on time.
- Laboratory Management
- Maintain work environment, laboratory equipment, and tools to simulate, replicate, and understand reported customer escalations.
- Perform tests to reproduce customer behavior on demo cases using available products.
- Ensure lab safety via inspections, audits, and heat‑risk assessments, document findings, correct issues, and elevate hazards.
- Operational Support
- Communicate and share knowledge with Primary and Advanced Support.
- Collect information for escalation to Technical Experts.
- Understand source of problem and evaluate impact and mitigation actions.
- Understand and explain type test certificates and special quality tests.
- Maintain right expert knowledge across specializations:

- Home and Distribution
- Digital Energy
- Solar Legacy
- Access to Energy
- Prosumer
- Occasionally provide technical training to end‑users.
- Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and process maps.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, major course work in Engineering, Information Technology or related field (required and preferred).
- At least 3 years in Learning and Development or Training and at least basic knowledge of Project Management.
- Strong relationship management experience, prior experience working collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
- Strong passion for training, mentoring and developing others.
- Highly motivated, pragmatic mindset, strong aptitude for continuous learning and problem solving.
- Take ownership and accountability, drive strategy and execution through data‑driven decision making and ask critical questions.
- Strong analytical capabilities, translate complex information into clear structures and actionable insights.
- Delivery focused and collaborative, proven ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to achieve shared objectives.
- Easy to work with, strong organizational awareness, operate effectively in a customer‑centric, international environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across contexts and cultures.
- Skilled at articulating complex topics and solutions, open to feedback and ideas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
