Job summary

• SLD mastery: read, analyze, and interpret single-line diagrams.
• End-to-End delivery: end-to-end project/operations execution in an engineering/technical environment.
• Software tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English for regional stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution & Delivery: manage and coordinate project deliverables and documentation from initial handover to final delivery and sign-off.
• Technical Document & Diagram Review: read, interpret, and validate SLDs and schematics to ensure proper scope execution.
• Regional Operations Support: act as main operational point of contact for Pacific stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with engineering, procurement, sales, quality and external vendors to resolve clarifications.
• Issue & Risk Resolution: monitor deliverables and milestones, identify risks, and safeguard scope, schedule, and quality.
• Process & Tool Utilization: use Microsoft Office and internal tools to track deliverables and generate status reports.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Open for Field end-to-end execution experience accepted, provided hold an Electrical Engineering degree and possess strong communication skills.
• Single-Line Diagram (SLD) Mastery: Proven capability to read, analyze, and interpret technical single-line diagrams.
• End-to-End Delivery: Demonstrated background in end-to-end project/operations execution in an engineering or technical environment.
• Software Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective regional stakeholder interaction.
