Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a detail-oriented IB data specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency of Installed Base data. You will validate, cleanse, and maintain data across systems, supporting stakeholders while ensuring governance standards.

Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Services teams will drive high-quality data management, with opportunities to automate repetitive processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IB creation using multiple data sources such as audits, SLDs, and other available records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Order Management, Customer Care, and Services teams to drive high-quality data management.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and recommend opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.
• Provide support and guidance to users on data maintenance practices and tools as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with data or supporting business operations is a plus.


• Exposure to data tools such as Power BI, SQL, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus.


• Demonstrates a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
