Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a senior operations professional to lead Quality Value Engineering and Cost Optimization initiatives at the BU level, consolidating performance data and guiding productivity targets.

You will facilitate product workshops, manage the Master Project List, and drive cost-down plans with governance while aligning plant actions with BU goals. Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations management, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Productivity, or Cost Management roles.
  • Experience in cross-functional, multinational environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and identify productivity opportunities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and financial impact assessment.
  • Experience with productivity dashboards, cost modeling, and savings validation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within timeline commitments.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and governance capabilities.
  • Experience leading productivity, cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Qualifications
