Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in a Technical Delivery Manager or Program Manager role.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with release management, lifecycle management, and production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

About you

• Strong understanding of mobile platforms, including iOS and Android application ecosystems.
• Experience managing large-scale digital transformation and mobile banking initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and product owners.
• Strong understanding of banking systems, digital channels, payments, lending, customer onboarding, and financial products.
• Experience with release management, application lifecycle management, and production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
