The Delivery Manager ensures the successful delivery of technical projects by leading cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and applying project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall). Acting as a Scrum Master, the role involves planning, tracking progress, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring compliance with IT governance and business requirements. The Delivery Manager also coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, manages risks, and drives continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least 5 years as a full-time Project Manager in banking/financial/insurance sector
• Strong experience in software development projects and SDLC
• Skilled in Waterfall, Agile/Scrum; certified PMP, SCRUM, or PRINCE2 preferred (Non-negotiable)
• Proven success in managing medium to large-scale IT projects
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams across full project lifecycle
