Recruitify HR is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns from Makati. This on-site role works with developers, designers, and account managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

You will translate business needs into actionable technical plans, optimize delivery processes, and regularly communicate with clients to drive successful outcomes for each campaign.

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of digital and mobile campaign solutions for client brands. This is a contract, on-site role based in Makati, working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and account managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning and monitoring project timelines, managing risks and issues, coordinating technical requirements, and aligning stakeholders on project objectives and status. The role also involves translating business needs into actionable technical plans, optimizing delivery processes, and supporting post-launch performance reviews and improvements. The Technical Delivery Manager will regularly communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify expectations, manage changes, and drive successful outcomes for each campaign.

• Ability to work on-site in Makati, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with external clients or brand teams; background in digital agencies or tech startups is an advantage.
