Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in mobile application delivery within banking/financial services to lead end-to-end digital banking initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive agile delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering secure, scalable mobile experiences for iOS and Android.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in a Technical Delivery Manager or Program Manager role.
Proven experience delivering mobile applications within banking/financial services or fintech.
Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and app ecosystems.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience with release management, lifecycle management, and production support.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of mobile application projects within banking/financial services.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources for successful delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define objectives and roadmaps.
Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple teams and align with business priorities.
Oversee development, testing, deployment, and post-production support of mobile banking apps.
Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, cybersecurity, and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
Manage stakeholder communications, executive reporting, governance, and steering committee updates.
Monitor performance using KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions when required.
Lead issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation throughout the project lifecycle.
