Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery across the SDLC. You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality architecture, deployment, and production support.

The role requires strong delivery management experience, hands-on software development knowledge, and proficiency with Agile or Waterfall. You will coordinate scope, schedules, risks, and RCA while guiding architecture reviews and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of technical experience and Delivery Management experience.
• Strong background in software development and technical delivery.
• Experience managing end-to-end software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of application architecture, databases, testing, cloud/on-premise environments, security, and software deployment.
• Knowledge of programming concepts, design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with production support, performance troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and code versioning tools.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, client management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end software delivery projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
