Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality software and IT projects.

You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, manage end-to-end delivery, and enforce Agile and SDLC standards across the organization. You will guide developers, QA, DevOps, BAs, and support teams, ensuring seamless deployments and effective collaboration with stakeholders while driving delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in IT Delivery Management or related leadership roles.
• 7+ years in software development background.
• 7+ years Agile SDLC governance and Scrum practices.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations, microservices, cloud projects, and API design.

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager responsible for leading cross-functional engineering teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, BAs, Support) in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality software and IT projects. Bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution, you will manage end-to-end delivery, enforce Agile and SDLC standards, and ensure seamless system deployments.

About you

• 7+ years of hands-on background in Software Development and Software Engineering (tech stack agnostic / open to any programming language)
• 7+ years of expertise in Agile SDLC governance, Scrum practices, and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Proven experience managing enterprise system integrations, microservices, cloud projects, and API flow designs
• Strong leadership, risk management, and client/stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business leaders
