Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery across the SDLC. You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality architecture, deployment, and production support.

The role requires strong delivery management experience, hands-on software development knowledge, and proficiency with Agile or Waterfall. You will coordinate scope, schedules, risks, and RCA while guiding architecture reviews and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of technical experience and Delivery Management experience.
Strong background in software development and technical delivery.
Experience managing end-to-end software projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Working knowledge of application architecture, databases, testing, cloud/on-premise environments, security, and software deployment.
Knowledge of programming concepts, design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture.
Experience with production support, performance troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and code versioning tools.
Strong project management, problem-solving, client management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end software delivery projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
Work closely with technical teams on software development, architecture, databases, testing, deployment, and production support.
Review and manage technical diagrams, documentation, and other technical artifacts.
Oversee production deployments, patches, application performance, incident management, and RCA.
Apply knowledge of programming concepts, design patterns, SOLID principles, cloud and on-premise environments, security, version control, and monolithic/microservices architectures.
Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to support software delivery and SDLC activities.
Provide technical guidance to project teams and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
