Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years IT PM experience.
• Proven experience managing Software Implementation projects.
• Proven experience managing Infrastructure projects.
• Agile certification (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding and practical Agile project management.
• Experience planning through to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage software implementation and infrastructure projects and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed requirements and timelines.
• Lead project planning, status reporting, progress tracking, and delivery governance.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, and drive appropriate resolution.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply Agile project management practices where applicable.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and business requirements.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile project management methodologies.

• Experience managing projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
