Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Delivery Manager to act as the Project Manager for initiative delivery, guiding Agile or Waterfall delivery to ensure timely, end-to-end outcomes.

You will lead planning and reporting, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with the project team to drive the continuous delivery pipeline, improving speed, quality, and overall project success.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Delivery Manager experience.
• Strong IT Infrastructure background / infrastructure-skilled Delivery Manager.
• Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong project management, planning, coordination, and resource management skills.
• Experience in managing project schedules, scope, quality, budget, risks, and issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation of all project risks and issues.
• Work with the Project Team to facilitate resolution and ensure timely escalation when necessary.
