Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Technical Content Writer to transform complex processes and technical concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences. You will collaborate with SMEs, operations teams, and clients to ensure knowledge is accurate, accessible, and aligned with editorial standards.

You will design instructional content, manage multiple projects, and contribute to client-facing initiatives, shaping knowledge management and instructional materials across a global organization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in content writing, technical writing, instructional design content, knowledge management, or similar roles.
• SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Technical Documentation
• Process Guides and Reference Materials
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of AP Style and professional writing standards
• Ability to simplify technical concepts while maintaining accuracy and context
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and information-validation skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and engaging directly with clients
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig and on a US shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance knowledge base (KB) articles, technical documentation, and client-facing content.
• Translate complex technical information and business processes into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Design content with logical instructional flow, learning objectives, and knowledge reinforcement techniques.
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), operations teams, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and organize information.
• Ensure content adheres to AP Style guidelines and established editorial standards.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, readability, and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting timelines and quality expectations.
• Incorporate stakeholder and client feedback to improve content effectiveness.
• Participate in client meetings and confidently present content recommendations and insights.
