The role requires a seasoned professional with strong writing, editing, and CMS experience, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality advisory services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; English literature or journalism is a plus.
• 3–4 years of experience in content creation or content management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficient with CMS-based software and MS Excel for data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience managing client relationships and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document their processes.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base with accuracy and clarity.
• Implement and manage a CMS to organize knowledge base content.
• Create and maintain SOPs, FAQs, and job aids.
• Standardize content style and ensure brand adherence.
• Collaborate with KM team on best practices in knowledge management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and knowledge management best practices.
