You will manage SOPs, FAQs, and job aids, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while maintaining brand voice and quality under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; C1 English proficiency required.
• 3–4 years in content creation or content management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• CMS proficiency and UK/US English style knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with data analysis using MS Excel and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory services.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide content leadership for SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes and maintain knowledge bases.
• Implement and manage a CMS to organize knowledge content.
• Ensure content style, brand adherence, and quality across platforms.
• Engage with clients to advise on KM strategies and improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and prepare project updates and presentations.
• Monitor content performance and drive improvements through analytics.
