Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a seasoned Content Lead to guide process documentation and knowledge-base development. You will shape content strategy, coordinate projects, and ensure consistency across digital platforms.

You will lead client engagements, advise on KM improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related field.
• C1 proficiency mandatory.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English literature and journalism would be an added advantage.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in content creation and/or content management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using CMS based software.
• Well versed in UK/US English and style guides (Chicago/AP).
• Experience with MS Excel for data-driven decisions and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document processes.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base with accuracy and clarity.
• Implement and manage a CMS to organize knowledge content.
• Create and maintain SOPs, FAQs, and job aids.
• Standardize content style and ensure brand guideline adherence.
• Collaborate with KM team and cross-functional groups on content initiatives.
• Stay updated on KM trends and best practices.
• Lead client engagements and provide KM advisory insights.
