Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a highly experienced Content Lead within Knowledge Management to oversee content creation for process documentation and knowledge base development. You will guide the client voice, manage content projects, and ensure consistency across digital platforms.

You will develop content strategies, collaborate with KM and cross-functional teams, and stay updated on industry best practices to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related field.
• C1 proficiency mandatory.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English literature and journalism would be an added advantage.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in content creation and/or content management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using CMS-based software.
• Well versed in UK/US English and style guides (Chicago/AP).
• Experience with MS Excel for data-driven decision-making and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation for process documentation and knowledge base development.
• Coordinate content projects and maintain client voice to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base materials: SOPs, FAQs, job aids.
• Standardize content style and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with KM team and cross-functional teams on content initiatives.
• Serve as advisor to clients on KM strategies and practices.
• Develop strategic plans for KM efforts and process improvements.
• Monitor content performance with analytics tools and report findings.
