As a Technical Support Representative, you will address customer needs with empathy, resolving issues related to troubleshooting, system functions, and installations.

Proficiency with devices, internet navigation, and email management is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and effective customer communication.
• Able to communicate with customers at various technical levels.
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Address customer needs with empathy and resolve issues related to troubleshooting and installations.
• Educate customers on support options and aim for first call resolution.
• Handle device and internet related inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide first call resolution with clear expectations and use available resources.
• Manage, install, uninstall applications and software.
