Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 6+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• Experience leading development teams on large-scale Salesforce transformations.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce technical architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications (preferred).
