Job summary

Thakral One Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design end-to-end, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

You will lead architecture decisions, collaborate across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and mentor delivery teams while maintaining governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting or architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead solution design and delivery across Salesforce initiatives.

As a Solution Architect ( Salesforce ), you will design scalable, end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to define solution roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Solution Design & Architecture

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design scalable architectures across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Define solution blueprints, integration strategies, and data models.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide functional and technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and development teams.
• Support stakeholder management and executive‑level presentations.
• Participate in effort estimation, solution reviews, and release planning.

• You have strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem.
• You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You have proven ability to lead solution design and delivery across Salesforce initiatives.
• You have Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).

Technical Expertise
