As a Solution Architect ( Salesforce ), you will design scalable, end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to define solution roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design scalable architectures across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Define solution blueprints, integration strategies, and data models.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide functional and technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and development teams.
- Support stakeholder management and executive‑level presentations.
- Participate in effort estimation, solution reviews, and release planning.

Experience
- You have 8+ years of IT experience.
- You have 5+ years of Salesforce consulting or architecture experience.
- You have experience designing enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions.
- You have strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem.
- You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- You have proven ability to lead solution design and delivery across Salesforce initiatives.
- You have Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).
Technical Expertise
- You have knowledge of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data migration.
- You have strong solution design and architecture skills across Salesforce platforms.
