Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Architect to ensure the Salesforce CRM remains scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategies. You will guide architecture across security, data, Data 360, Agentforce, integrations, and governance while collaborating with product owners and platform engineers.

You will lead architectural reviews, maintain decision records, and develop permission set strategies to protect org limits and governance.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple Salesforce clouds
• Strong background in Salesforce Technical Architecture
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Integrations
• Familiarity with Data 360 and Agentforce
• Experience in Salesforce security, permissions, access governance, and org limits

Responsibilities

• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and ensure adherence to architectural standards
• Maintain architecture documentation and technical decision records
• Develop and maintain permission set strategies and access governance
• Monitor and manage Salesforce org limits and platform governance
• Provide architectural guidance on Agentforce components, prompt architecture, and grounding standards
• Guide teams on data modeling, data contracts, Data 360 ingestion, and data unification patterns
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Provide architectural guidance across Salesforce clouds, integrations, and platform components
• Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and Platform Engineers to deliver scalable solutions
• Support the Lead Salesforce Architect in maintaining overall platform architecture

About the role

The role will provide architectural guidance across areas such as platform security, data architecture, Data 360, Agentforce, integrations, and governance, while working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Platform Engineers.
