Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Salesforce Platform Architect to ensure a scalable, secure Salesforce CRM ecosystem aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and platform teams on governance, data, integrations, and emerging Salesforce capabilities.

You will guide data modeling and integration strategies, support Agentforce components, and help mitigate technical risks while driving continuous platform improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Strong Salesforce architecture experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Experience with Salesforce security, permissions, access governance, and org limits.
• Strong understanding of scalable and secure Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Preferred: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
• Preferred: Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and help ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture standards.
• Maintain architecture documentation, standards, and decision records.
• Develop and maintain permission set strategies, access governance, and org limit management.
• Provide architectural guidance for Agentforce, including prompt architecture, grounding standards, and component design.
• Provide guidance on data modeling, data contracts, Data 360 ingestion, and data unification patterns.
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Platform Engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce platform architecture and governance.
