Job summary

Mav3rik in Manila is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design, governance and implementation of enterprise-scale technology solutions with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms and OmniStudio.

You will own end-to-end architectures, set standards, drive integration patterns, and provide technical leadership across projects, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure designs and architecture artifacts.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise-scale technology solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms and technical architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end technical architectures, establishing architecture standards and best practices, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with the Customer’s Enterprise Architecture and technology roadma

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution and technical architecture, ensuring detailed designs and implementations align with the Customer’s Enterprise Architecture, technology standards, and strategic technology roadmap.
• Translate complex business and non-functional requirements (including resiliency, scalability, security, performance, and integration needs) into clear, actionable technical and architectural specifications.
• Design, document, and govern architecture blueprints across business, application, data, integration, technical, and ICT domains using appropriate architectural frameworks and models.
• Define and establish technical architecture standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency, maintainability, scalability, and security across enterprise solutions.
• Propose, evaluate, and recommend products, platforms, and solutions aligned with the Agency’s Enterprise Architecture, cloud strategy, SG Tech Stack, and legacy modernization initiatives.
• Apply strong technical architecture expertise and deep knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio to design, develop, and govern scalable, client-focused platform solutions.
• Lead solution and technical architecture design for enterprise and cloud-based systems, including Salesforce platforms, OmniStudio implementations, and third‑party/cross‑platform integrations.
• Design and oversee integration architectures leveraging APIs, middleware, web services, event‑driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Review system architectures, technical designs, source code, and solution implementations throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality, performance, security, scalability, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, technical leads, and vendors to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs, architecture artifacts, and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural governance throughout project delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Experience and Skills Required

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or System Architect, with strong expertise in technical architecture, solution design, performance tuning, prototyping, and system maintenance.
• Extensive experience designing and governing enterprise‑scale technical architectures across application, integration, data, and cloud domains.
• Hands‑on experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong ability to evaluate and recommend suitable technologies aligned with the Customer’s technology directions, including cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, legacy system modernization, and SG Tech Stack initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing .NET and/or J2EE applications, with strong data modelling, database design, and SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of server‑side .NET and/or Java development, Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA), microservices architecture, web services, API‑led connectivity, and public‑facing web applications/e‑services.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and high‑performing enterprise integration and technical architecture solutions.

Key Client‑Focused Skillset

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniStudio development best practices.
• Strong technical architecture experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including platform design, governance, scalability, security, and integration architecture.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Platform APIs, and Salesforce platform development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Service Cloud solutions, with a solid understanding of Service Cloud integrations, case management, workflows, and customer service processes.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solution architectures that integrate with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Experience with third‑party system integration using APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven ability to translate and decompose complex business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications, architecture artifacts, and solution designs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative, practical, and scalable solutions.
