Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. You’ll follow Salesforce development best practices and Agile methodologies while contributing to high‑quality releases and continuous platform improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions in line with platform best practices, development standards, and organisational guidelines.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce technical solutions.
• Apply Agile development principles to deliver business functionality through iterative and well‑defined development cycles.
• Design and develop reusable, maintainable components, code, and libraries to support platform performance, scalability, and long‑term sustainability.
• Follow established deployment and release management processes, ensuring all code, configurations, and changes are properly documented and maintained through source control.
• Perform unit testing, automated testing, code reviews, and test coverage activities to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce platform, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and other technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce development standards, practices, tools, and delivery processes.
• Ensure development work aligns with Salesforce architecture principles, security standards, and organisational governance requirements.

About You

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer working on enterprise Salesforce environments.

• Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
