TechTree is seeking a highly technical Technical Customer Support Specialist who can independently troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, integrations, and our AI audio platform in a fast-moving startup. This is an independent contractor role with no benefits.

You will diagnose API issues, read code, and translate findings for customers and internal teams, with Mandarin proficiency considered a strong plus. Remote work from the Philippines may be supported.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong technical troubleshooting background with API-related issue resolution.
• Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal onboarding and operate in ambiguity.
• Fluent Mandarin language is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Independently troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, integrations, and our AI audio platform.
• Read and reason about code, translate technical findings into clear explanations for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot telephony-related issues using AI integrations, SIP, Twilio, or similar tools.
• Adapt to a fast-moving startup environment with minimal guidance and documentation.
