Job summary

Five9 in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Technical Account Management team. The TAM will support Five9 clients by delivering customized solutions to meet requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has senior experience in contact centers, excels in account management, project management, and consulting, and is willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior professional in contact centers with client-facing experience.
• Experience in account management, project management, and consulting.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, SIP, VoIP).
• Familiarity with contact center tools and CRM onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide account management and technical consulting to clients enrolled in services.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and propose optimization solutions.
• Educate clients on administration and utilization of Five9 products.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage service interruptions with clear communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive continuous process improvements.
