Job summary

Five9 Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of Five9 products for enterprise clients.

You will drive successful delivery from inception to go-live and mentor the Professional Services team. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in contact center software, advanced integrations, and API-driven implementations, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in a Contact Center related industry.
• 7 years of experience as a Contact Center Software Professional Services Consultant.
• Experience implementing Genesys, InContact/NICE or Contact Center Software Projects.
• Experience in Advanced Integrations (Salesforce, Velocify, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365).
• Ability to articulate SSO requirements to customers and internal teams.
• Experience with Digital Channel Implementations and IVR configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, product training, testing and production rollout.
• Build trust with customers by aligning business needs with Five9 solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and mentor junior staff.
• Handle add-on projects independently without a PM where required.
• Support enterprise projects to fill resource gaps within Professional Services.
