Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a software support position.
Intermediate level knowledge on Cloud Technology (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.).
Proficient in SIP, RTP, ISDN and other VoIP technologies.
Knowledge in VMware and enterprise applications is a plus.
Willing to work shifts and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Monitoring system performance and cloud services to ensure connectivity and availability.
Regular checks on infrastructure services.
Responding to incidents, outages, and performance alerts; escalate as needed.
