Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates for various IT roles by using job boards, social media, and other innovative recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract the best candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between managers and candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with managers to understand the specific requirements for each position and ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview notes, and recruitment activities in the company’s applicant tracking system.
• Assist in preparing onboarding documentation and coordinating the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
