Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years IT recruitment or staff augmentation experience
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, languages, cloud platforms and tech market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with hiring managers and candidates

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals across channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit
• Build and maintain a database of IT candidates
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Present shortlisted candidates and manage interview process
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and hiring trends
• Track recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
• Meet monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs
• Maintain detailed records in the recruitment system
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and talent market developments
