Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and hire world-class engineering talent. You will translate engineering jargon, source beyond LinkedIn, and champion an exceptional candidate journey from first touch to offer.

You will partner with engineering leaders to streamline the hiring funnel, conduct technical interviews, and drive fast, high-quality hires while maintaining accurate ATS data and metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-lifecycle technical recruitment or tech sourcing.
• Experience with technical ecosystems and modern tech stacks.
• Proven sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication with engineers and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Targeted sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities and niche boards.
• Screen candidates with focus on technical baseline, culture fit, and compensation expectations.
• Orchestrate the hiring process with engineering managers from scheduling to interviewing feedback.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates ensuring a transparent and engaging experience.
• Assist with offer management and closing to drive smooth onboarding.
• Maintain clean ATS data and track key hiring metrics to optimize processes.
