The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of technical recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies effectively.

This position is vital for building strong talent pipelines and delivering hiring objectives, and requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, IT recruitment, or technology talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting for technical positions like Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process and candidate lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
