Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for technology roles in a fast-paced environment.

You will source, screen, and endorse qualified tech professionals while delivering an excellent candidate experience and supporting business hiring objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, IT recruitment, or technology talent acquisition.
Experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, ERP, QA, or other IT-related roles.
Hands‑on experience using LinkedIn, Manatal (ATS), Foundit (formerly Monster), and other recruitment sourcing tools for candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and end‑to‑end recruitment activities.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.
Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles, from sourcing through onboarding support.
Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal talent databases.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of technical professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical experience, qualifications, communication skills, career goals, and overall fit for the role.
Prepare candidate endorsements and present qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, hiring trends, and recruitment challenges.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS.
Track recruitment progress, hiring metrics, and pipeline activity to ensure targets and SLAs are met.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with processes, documentation standards, and data privacy guidelines.
Prepare recruitment reports and updates as required.
Stay informed on technology hiring trends and contribute ideas to sourcing strategies and processes.
