Job summary

Black & White Engineering in Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, design, and corporate functions. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while building strong pipelines for current and future roles.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and optimize sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, and other technical platforms to attract top talent and improve

• Strong sourcing across multiple platforms and networks.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offer coordination, and onboarding support
• Source and attract qualified candidates to support hiring needs across engineering, design, and corporate functions
• Work with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, examinations, and hiring decisions with hiring managers
• Coordinate offers and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct proactive sourcing, headhunting, and talent identification for engineering, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, engineering job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and OFW/overseas talent pools
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify qualified candidates and understand talent availability
• Develop and maintain targeted talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for niche, specialist, and hard-to-fill positions
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates through regular engagement and follow-ups
• Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends, competitor activity, candidate expectations, and compensation benchmarks
• Share relevant talent market insights with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to support recruitment activities
