You’ll work directly with leadership to translate business expansion plans into workforce strategies, design scalable hiring systems, and own the recruitment pipeline from end to end.

Responsibilites:

• Forecast hiring needs based on strategic growth plans
• Define new roles and co-create competency frameworks with department heads
• Design structured, role-specific recruitment pipelines — from sourcing to selection
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess alignment, capabilities, and culture fit
• Drive a positive candidate experience while optimizing for speed and quality of hire
• Monitor and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health, source quality)
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment and consistency in evaluations

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning
