Job summary

Crescendo Digital Marketing Services Limited Co. in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist with a strong focus on tech talent acquisition to support our growing team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations across local and APAC markets.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage onboarding, ATS usage, and employee relations while helping to build a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Experience supporting employee engagement and culture programs.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across local and APAC markets.
• Source and attract talent through LinkedIn, Boolean/X-ray search, job platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to support workforce and hiring needs.
• Manage onboarding, employee records, ATS, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and company culture initiatives.
• Support performance management, employee relations, training, and talent development programs.
• Administer HR benefits, payroll coordination, compensation documentation, and statutory requirements.
• Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
