Job summary

AGSI, a business process outsourcing company based in Taguig, is seeking an IT Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals, and screen for technical fit and cultural alignment.

You will manage pipelines for diverse IT roles targeting the U.S. market, coordinate interviews, guide candidates through the process, and maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS while tracking market trends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven IT recruitment experience for the U.S. market
• Strong understanding of IT roles and tech
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and boolean/x-ray searches
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and goals
• Source top candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach and referrals
• Screen for technical expertise, project experience, and cultural alignment
• Manage candidate pipelines for diverse IT roles with timely communication
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
