Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to own end-to-end sourcing for Filipino and other nationalities, building a robust candidate pipeline aligned with business hiring needs.

You will partner with hiring managers and regional TA campuses, conduct initial interviews, and drive time-to-hire through proactive outreach and strong stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume or BPO recruitment is an advantage.
• Proactive sourcing across online and offline channels.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Identify, engage, pre-screen, and qualify candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and endorse candidates to managers.
• Maintain candidate pools for current and future roles.
• Track metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with local TA team to improve hiring.
