Job summary
Emerson Measurement Solutions is seeking an Engineer I, Technical Support to deliver technical sales and application support for Rosemount DP Flow products. You will assist project engineers and inside sales teams, perform order sizing, and help prevent production redlights while ensuring quality on booked orders.
The role requires a Engineering degree, 1.5+ years in technical support, and familiarity with Oracle, CRM, and MS Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
- 1.5+ years of technical support experience related to process automation, control, and optimization.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Excel).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales and application support for Rosemount DP Flow and perform order sizing.
- Support Project Engineers, Inside Sales Engineers, and other teams in sizing processes.
- Perform order quality audits on booked Rosemount orders.
- Identify and assign Redlight to book orders and prevent manufacturing delays.
