Job summary

Emerson in Manila is seeking an Engineer I, Technical Support to grow their career by applying technical sales and application expertise. You will perform order sizing for Rosemount DP Flow products and resolve production redlight, while providing support to engineers and inside sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in related engineering, at least 1.5 years in technical support for process automation, and familiarity with Oracle, CRM, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• At least 1.5 years of technical support experience related to process automation, control, and optimization.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales and application support to Emerson Automation Solutions Rosemount by performing order sizing for Rosemount Measurement (DP Flow) and resolving Production Redlight.
• Provide technical support to Project Engineers, Inside Sales Engineers, and other teams as a resource on product sizing.
• Perform order quality audits on booked orders for Rosemount products.
• Identify and assign Redlight to book orders and prevent manufacturing Redlight.
