Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage and execute customer projects from order handover through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and profitability, while maintaining strong customer relationships across the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, factories and internal teams, monitor manufacturing, testing and shipment activities, and support pricing changes to help meet commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Project Proposals.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, Trade Compliance, and Commercial Terms and Conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of engineering specifications related to process control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute customer projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams to align project requirements and milestones.
• Monitor manufacturing, testing, inspection, documentation, and shipment activities to ensure on-time project completion.
• Support project commercial objectives by obtaining pricing, managing changes, and maintaining profitability.
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation actions to minimize impacts on cost, scope, and schedule.
• Facilitate customer inspections and proactively resolve project issues to ensure positive customer experience.
