Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ in the Philippines is seeking an Engineer I, Technical Support to grow their career by applying technical sales and application support for Rosemount DP Flow products, conducting order sizing and resolving production redlight.

You will support project engineers and inside sales teams, perform order quality audits, and help prevent manufacturing delays by timely sizing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• At least 1.5 years of technical support experience in process automation and optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Excel).
• Knowledge of instrumentation products and process measurement principles.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Toolkit, PA, CRM, SSRS and related tools.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales and application support for Rosemount DP Flow products.
• Perform order sizing and resolve production redlight.
• Support Project Engineers and Inside Sales teams on sizing processes.
• Conduct order quality audits on booked Rosemount orders.
• Identify and assign Redlight to prevent manufacturing delays.
